The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved (the children in the next room would wake up around 7am...).

No longer lives up to its reputation. Elderly clientele, used to places that have remained on their achievements and their reputation.

On our weekend getaway, we were blown away by the luxury and unparalleled service at this beautiful hotel. The staff were really nice too make us feel welcome, addressing us by name and always on hand to assist. The room was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location on the lagoon provided fine views, and we loved being able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking the water. The attention to detail and personal touch made our stay nice.

The hotel is located on Giudecca, away from the chaos of St Mark's square, but still easily accessible. The hotel's dedicated water taxi can transport guests to and from the square in less than ten minutes. The rooms are old fashioned but offer a cozy atmosphere. The service is friendly and attentive, with staff making guests feel welcome and wanted. The breakfast is exceptional, with fresh and delicious food. The hotel also has impressive facilities, including an Olympic size saltwater swimming pool and manicured gardens.

The hotel's rooms and public areas could benefit from a renovation to update their outdated look.

I booked a triple room and a double room, for them the triple room is for 2 people and double room is for 1, so I had to rent another room for the 5 2 doubles and a single room of course with its due price that I had to pay

due to covid the hotel was only 60% full, was very pleasant. hotel was so nice to let us check in at 12. 00 o'clock and to allow a late check out. altogether great service, extremely friendly and helpful. room was beautiful! to escape the heat and hustle and bustle of venice and then relax at the wonderful pool is simply dreamlike.

unfortunately the evening restaurant was not open because of the lower occupancy rate, that was no problem now.

The very attentive and smiling but never obsequious staff, the listening and advice of the concierge really at our service, the quiet surroundings, the possibility to walk away from the crowds and with a splendid view of the most beautiful sites of Venice, the shuttle that takes you to Saint Mark's whenever you want without waiting, the huge heated swimming pool so that you can swim comfortably from April onwards, the gastronomic quality of the restaurants and here again the absolutely perfect service.

Having to leave this beautiful place

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach of Klong Nin. The hotel had great facilities, including a restaurant/bar next door that I loved. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were delicious. It was a truly relaxing experience.

corona measures in the hotel mask duty is very well implemented and adhered to but is of course not so pleasant as a guest.

A beautiful hotel, large garden and swimming pool! The rooms are spacious and clean! Breakfast is very good and an additional advantage is the ice cream running every 15 minutes to square sw Mark. Parking, which was recommended to us by the hotel with excellent service!

Drinks are much better in other hotels of this chain. The transport service from Venice to the hotel (specifically from the car park) is far too expensive and not worth the price (250 euro per page). Even though we did not reserve this option has been added to us!

The hotel is located on a beautiful island just a 5 minute boat ride from Piazza San Marco. The hotel's garden provides a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, away from the crowds of the city. The hotel offers a dedicated water taxi that can transport guests to St. Marco's square in less than ten minutes, providing convenient access to the main attractions.

The communication from the hotel regarding transport suspension due to a boat regatta was poor.

service is very good. staff tries very hard. breakfast is ok... i didn't eat there. shuttle to piazza san marco works very well.

hotel is totally antiquated. toilet drain stank very badly. at the check in i was offered an upgrade.. could then choose the best of 3 bad rooms. room had no atmosphere at all.

This venue exceeded all my expectations, with luxurious amenities and excellent service. the outdoor saltwater pool was perfect for swimming in and the spa lounge was incredibly relaxing after a day exploring. the private shuttle service made traveling around the area effortless. Rooms had exclusive advantages and were elegantly furnished.

One minor issue I encountered was the pigeons on the breakfast terrace were quite bothersome after the first morning. It would have been beneficial if there were some measures in place to control them.

The simple and fast food is missing a lot; we did not try the "gastronomic" restaurant; the one by the water does not offer simple dishes.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The location was unrivaled, with fine views of the lagoon and easy access to all the top sites. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful pool and a fabulous boat service that transported us to St Mark's square. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were really good too make us feel like old friends. The breakfast served in our room was a special treat, and the staff's attentive and intuitive customer service made us feel pampered.
